Monica Idnani is a dedicated public affairs professional with a strong background in community outreach, political engagement, and event planning. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin magna cum laude with majors in government and anthropology, Monica began her career in public service as a congressional intern before going on to hold key roles in local and state government, including serving as a district representative in the California State Senate. She has led successful grassroots political and fundraising campaigns and is known for her resourcefulness and ability to connect with diverse communities. Originally from Midland, Texas, Monica now resides in North Las Vegas with her husband, a commercial airline pilot, and their young daughter Noor. Known for her outgoing personality and deep compassion for others, she brings warmth, energy, and a community-centered mindset to our board of directors.
